Berkvens, doors and frames was established in 1933 and has grown into a financially sound and independent company with about 430 employees. Berkvens BV is a market leading manufacturer of interior doors, interior doorframes and sliding door systems for the residential and commercial markets across Europe. Continuous investments in product development and innovation, combined with total quality control, have resulted in Berkvens’ strong position on the European market.
Our product portfolio comprises of fully finished door sets of a high quality in different finishes: fully painted, veneered or HPL. We also offer fully finished wooden or steel doorframes. Our products have a wide range of applications, from residential to social housing to health care, nursing homes education and retail.
The group has production facilities in The Netherlands and Germany and sales offices in Germany, Belgium and France. Supply into the UK market has already commenced after successfully spending considerable time dealing with accreditation procedures.
Berkvens sustainable manufacturer
Our products are designed to exceed European and British standards and meet specifiers demands for sustainable products. Several are oriented towards Modern Methods of Construction, which is essential for today’s markets. Factory finished doors use water-based paints (state-of-the art paint production line), wood is sources from sustainable forests (FSC) and production is certified ISO 9001 and 14001.
